Our in-house marketing team generates exclusive client requests for our advisors, ensuring a steady stream of new business opportunities.
Client Acquisition
We utilize a data-driven approach to identify and engage motivated clients who are interested in purchasing life insurance. Our system includes targeted direct mail and digital content that reaches homeowners, who can respond through an online link, QR code, or phone call. This approach ensures that only interested clients are contacted, resulting in a high conversion rate.
Client Fulfillment
As a client advisor, you will have access to our technology-driven CRM, which enables you to connect with clients who have requested a consultation. Our automation system sets virtual appointments from home or anywhere, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Our full-time advisors connect with 10 to 15 families per week, and we provide ongoing training and support to ensure their success.
Advisor Compensation
This is a 1099/commission-based position, with an average compensation of $1,000 per issued client application. Our top advisors protect 15 to 20 clients per week, earning overrides, bonuses, residuals, and all-expense-paid incentive travel. You will be vested from day one and may qualify for equity incentives or an agency contract, providing full ownership of your permanent residual income stream.
Expectations
This position is remote, offering the freedom and tax benefits of being an independent contractor. You will be accountable for your activity and results, with rapid advancement into leadership available. We provide ongoing training, coaching, and tools to support your success, and you will be expected to lead by example, ask for help when needed, and commit to personal growth and development.
