Role Overview
This position does not necessitate an existing client portfolio. The ideal candidate will be positioned to succeed retiring advisors and will have the chance to collaborate with a legacy group of Regal clients, sharing in the revenue while nurturing these established relationships.

Employment Type
As a full-time W-2 employee, you will have access to the firm's comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute tailored financial strategies to achieve client objectives.
  • Enhance and sustain client relationships, assets, and revenue streams.
  • Continuously expand knowledge and expertise in products, technologies, wealth solutions, and market trends through proactive training.
  • Adhere to all regulatory commitments, including Regulation Best Interest, Form CRS, and fiduciary responsibilities.
  • Comply with all Regal operational processes and compliance requirements.

Education and Licenses
  • Series 7 Securities license
  • Series 66 or 65 license
  • Life, Health, and Variable Annuity license (or to be obtained upon employment)

Experience Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Financial Advisor, providing advice and managing client relationships.
  • Proficient in financial planning and research tools.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
