Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Risk Advisor to join our team at USI Insurance Services. As a key member of our Personal Risk Practice, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive risk management and insurance consultation to high net worth individuals and family offices with complex financial and insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, entities, and centers of influence within USI and the broader industry.
  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Attract new clients who meet our minimum client profile standards and develop strategic sales plans to identify and qualify prospective clients.
  • Design Risk Management Programs: Create customized risk management insurance programs to protect the personal assets, exposures, and lifestyles of high net worth individuals, families, and family offices.
  • Implement Risk Analysis Reviews: Conduct comprehensive risk analysis reviews to identify personal, professional, and business exposures and develop solutions to address them.
  • Deliver Exceptional Client Experiences: Utilize a customized consultative selling approach to deliver exceptional client experiences and position the value and focus of the client service team.
  • Develop Professional Presentations: Create and deliver professional presentations and proposals to internal and external clients and prospects illustrating the USI value proposition, industry trends, and customized insurance solutions.
  • Position Value-Added Services: Identify and position value-added services and partnerships to key stakeholders and trusted advisors for mutual client and prospect benefit.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Maintain expertise on industry trends and advise on the development of innovative, bespoke solutions in response to client needs.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of High Net Worth Sales Experience
  • Excellent Verbal, Written, and Interpersonal Communication Skills
  • Excellent Presentation Skills
  • Solid Conflict Resolution Capabilities
  • Microsoft Office Program Proficiency
  • Ability to Work Effectively in a Team Environment
  • Established Network of COIs and Proven Track Record of Sales Success
  • Current P&C License
