**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Operations Manager to join our team at Reef Technology Inc. as a Kitchen Supervisor. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and leading a team of cooks to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Set up stations with all necessary supplies and equipment

• Handle, store, and rotate all products properly to maintain freshness and quality

• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff, adhering to recipes and presentation standards

• Follow proper cooking techniques and food handling procedures to ensure food safety and quality

• Ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service, meeting customer expectations and kitchen standards

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations

• Lead and motivate a team of cooks, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure excellent performance and teamwork

• Manage labor, inventory, and COGS, making data-driven decisions to optimize kitchen operations and reduce costs

• Collaborate with other departments, such as hospitality and logistics, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying knowledge to improve kitchen operations and customer experiences

**Requirements:**

• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team

• Excellent culinary skills, with knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation standards

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions

• Familiarity with hospitality equipment and technology, with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain kitchen systems

• Ability to work in a shared space, with constant noise, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
