The BILT Customer Success Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our Commercial Pro clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the customer's business needs and goals, as well as the ability to develop and implement strategies to drive customer success.

The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in client management, with a proven track record of managing revenue targets and driving customer growth. They will be able to work with senior clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for creating and executing customer success plans, monitoring customer feedback and engagement, and taking action to address any risks or issues that arise. They will also be responsible for contributing to business product roadmap developments, marketing initiatives, and commercial strategies to ensure that BILT continues to meet the needs of its clients.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be able to handle competing priorities, think critically, and provide value to customers.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Commercial Pro clients
  • Develop and implement customer success plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor customer feedback and engagement, and take action to address any risks or issues that arise
  • Contribute to business product roadmap developments, marketing initiatives, and commercial strategies
  • Coordinate resources to develop solutions to meet customer needs
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to highlight success and collaborate on areas of improvement
Requirements
