About the Role

The Customer Success Manager is a critical role at BILT Inc., responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our Commercial Pro clients. This includes onboarding, user adoption, data analysis, and renewals. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, able to manage competing priorities, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive revenue growth and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Monitor customer feedback and engagement, and take action to address any risks or issues
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to highlight successes and areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure BILT's products and services meet evolving customer needs
Requirements
  • 3-8 years of client management experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and retention
  • Experience working with large Commercial or Industrial customers, and/or the trades
  • Ability to work with, coach, and guide senior clients on the benefits of BILT's products and services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
