Job Overview

Position Summary:

Client Services Specialists play a crucial role in managing a substantial volume of incoming calls while delivering exceptional support to our clientele. The customers typically have an existing loan and are reaching out for assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone.
  • Assist with ACH setup and cancellation requests.
  • Process payments, adjustments, and credits efficiently.
  • Handle mail correspondence related to customer accounts.
  • Guide customers in accessing the payment portal.
  • Calculate loan payments accurately.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Preferred Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years in a high-volume inbound call customer service environment.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills with a passion for assisting others.
  • Experience in customer service or call center roles, managing 80+ calls daily.
  • Background in banking, loans, or mortgage services is beneficial.
  • Ability to answer customer inquiries and provide suitable solutions.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Capability to learn swiftly and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong punctuality and attendance record are essential.
  • Willingness to adjust work schedules for coverage and to work overtime as needed.
  • Demonstrated good tenure and work history.

Disqualifiers:

  • Frequent job changes or short tenure.
  • Lack of call center experience.
  • Experience solely in sales roles.
  • Timid demeanor.
