This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy, identifying and pursuing new opportunities for growth, and fostering a culture of philanthropy within the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a strategic fundraising plan to achieve annual and long-term goals
  • Building and maintaining relationships with major donors, corporations, and foundations
  • Identifying and pursuing new opportunities for growth, including capital campaigns and planned giving
  • Collaborating with the Executive Director, Marketing and Communications Manager, and Membership Services Coordinator to develop and implement a comprehensive donor engagement strategy
  • Providing strategic leadership and guidance to the fundraising team

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in nonprofit fundraising, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think strategically and creatively.
