Job Title: Director of Philanthropy

Harvest Hope Food Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Philanthropy to lead our philanthropic efforts and drive growth in fundraising and development. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic nonprofit organization making a meaningful impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase philanthropic revenue and advance the organization's mission.
  • Lead a team of development professionals to achieve fundraising goals and objectives.
  • Cultivate and steward relationships with major donors, foundations, and corporate partners.
  • Design and execute fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives to engage and inspire supporters.
  • Manage and analyze data to inform fundraising strategies and optimize results.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in nonprofit development or executive role.
  • Demonstrated success in cultivating and soliciting major gifts.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
