Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Support Assistant III to join our HR Risk Management team at Capital One. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to 4 to 6 executives, handling a wide range of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily calendars for multiple executives, prioritizing schedules and adjusting to last-minute changes
  • Arrange conference rooms, catering, and audio/video services for meetings and conferences
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and create expense reports using Capital One systems
  • Drive key team activities, including all-hands meetings, team meetings, conferences, and social events
  • Prepare professional business communication documents, including memos, letters, and emails
  • Build and maintain relationships with executives and administrative staff across the organization
  • Participate in general administrative duties, such as copying, distributing mail, and ad-hoc projects
  • Promote a fun and team-oriented work environment
Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associates Degree
  • At least 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced environment
  • At least 3+ years of calendar management supporting multiple executives
  • At least 1+ year of meeting and event planning experience
  • Experience setting up video conference and Zoom/Skype technology for meeting users
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
