Director of New Home Sales Opportunity

Michael Page has partnered with a leading high-volume production home builder in the Dallas market, seeking an experienced Director of New Home Sales to lead a large team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in single-family home sales and management, with a strong understanding of CRM and production software.

Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company and contribute to the success of their sales department. As a Director of New Home Sales, you will be responsible for establishing annual marketing, sales, and closing goals, developing professional growth objectives for sales team members, and monitoring performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with leadership to set annual sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them
  • Develop and implement effective sales processes and training programs for sales team members
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales efforts
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns
  • Mentor and coach sales team members to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments to inform sales strategies

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of real estate experience or ground-up construction sales experience in a centralized environment
  • 8+ years of experience in new home sales management, preferably with a production home builder
  • Proven ability to motivate and manage high-performing sales teams
  • Strong negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions to drive business results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners
