About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Providence Medical Group. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical staff performance, coaching, mentoring, developing, and implementing clinical best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of clinical staff performance
  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing clinical staff
  • Implementing clinical best practices
  • Surveillance of clinical quality

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or an Associate Nursing degree with a minimum of 3 years recent RN experience
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • Completion of an ONS approved Chemotherapy course, Maintain certification - Cancer Center Infusion East, Infusion, Transfusion Chemotherapy, Outpatient Transfusion upon hire
  • Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Maintain certification - Lactation Postpartum, Postpartum Care Center upon hire
  • 3 years of RN experience managing complex patients, or successful completion of RN Ambulatory Residency program
  • Experience providing clinical education to clinical support staff within an outpatient/ambulatory care/medical group environment, including medical assistant, nurses and related clinical positions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an ambulatory setting
  • 3 years of Demonstrated experience with providing progressive leadership, clinical staff education, competency development and evaluation, staff training and performance evaluation
  • 3 years of Experience providing patient education

Location: The position is based in Portland, OR. The estimated salary range is $47.98-$75.94 per hour, depending on experience. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
