About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at TTEC. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring a safe and functional work environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilities Management: Proactively manage complete facility maintenance, including but not limited to, maintaining superior condition of company space, acting as the landlord/vendor liaison, and reviewing government regulations and renewal of operating licenses.
  • Team Leadership: Effectively lead and manage the Facilities team, including Facilities Technicians, Service Coordinators, and Security Managers, within the department's SLA and KPIs standards.
  • Financial Management: Establish and manage Facilities budget (Opex and Capex), creating purchase requisitions, following up on invoices payments, and reporting financial information.
  • Customer Relations: Effectively manage customer expectations and ongoing customer relations, communicating status and timeline of facility maintenance projects, enhancements, and changes.
  • Disaster Preparedness: Manage facility programs covering disaster preparedness and recovery, and coordinate with headquarters division to implement company-wide Emergency Response Plan.
  • Asset Management: Maintain and oversee facilities architectural drawings and floor plans, ensuring all construction drawings and floor plans are accurate and up to date.
  • Fixed Assets: Maintain the database of the facilities fixed assets and its ranking.

  • Time Management: Good time management skills.
  • Electronic Data: Experience working with electronic data.
  • Sense of Urgency: Must have a sense of urgency.
  • Computer Literacy: Must be computer literate.

Physical Requirements

  • Lifting and Maneuvering: Able to lift and/or maneuver up to 50 lbs.
  • Physical Activity: Able to bend, stoop, sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.
