Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the operations of the food service unit, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate staff members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Conduct inventory management, including ordering and monitoring food supplies, while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Ensure compliance with food quality standards, sanitation protocols, and customer service excellence.
- Maintain effective communication with team members, customers, and other departments to support operational needs.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a high-volume food service, restaurant, or patient dining environment.
- At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service context.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Basic math skills are essential.
Preferred:
- Associate degree or higher in a relevant field.
