Key Responsibilities:
- Foster intentional, proactive relationships with stakeholders across your portfolio, from senior executives to individual contributors.
- Guide and mentor individuals, teams, and leadership to address challenges, unlock potential, and cultivate talent pipelines.
- Utilize institutional resources to implement programs and initiatives consistently while tailoring them to specific area needs. Inform HR strategies based on insights from constituent areas in alignment with institutional objectives.
- Oversee the strategic execution of recruitment, retention, and employee development initiatives within the People Experience framework.
- Assist leadership teams with strategic staffing considerations, including organizational design, job description formulation, succession planning, and performance enhancement.
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle for staff roles: sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates through innovative sourcing methods.
- Facilitate leadership development and employee engagement through program design, curation, and delivery.
- Support policy formulation, process enhancement, compliance, investigations, and reporting requirements in collaboration with the People Operations team and institutional partners.

Qualifications:

- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate strong relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Preferred experience in organizational development, with a capacity to coach employees and leaders through complex issues.
- Comprehensive knowledge of staffing processes, including sourcing strategies, candidate evaluation techniques, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to recommend effective solutions to challenges, with a passion for developing proactive, asset-based strategies that benefit both employees and the institution.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly, with a socially and emotionally informed approach.
- Proficient in HR technology, including applicant tracking systems and HRIS, with preferred experience in specific platforms.
Work Environment:
This role is situated in a general office setting, requiring extended periods of computer work and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment while maintaining confidentiality.
