Job Title: Consulting Director

At GlobalData, we are seeking an experienced Consulting Director to lead our Consumer sector team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a long-term consulting strategy that aligns with our company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell and deliver projects that meet sales and net revenue targets, leveraging our extensive research and analytical capabilities.
  • Develop customized consulting solutions to meet client needs, utilizing our industry expertise and market research.
  • Lead multiple consulting assignments and internal projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence.
  • Oversee project teams, promoting high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
  • Support the Global Leader in developing a long-term consulting strategy, leveraging the skills of our consulting team and company assets.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
  • Represent GlobalData at industry conferences, webinars, and events, enhancing our visibility and reputation.
Requirements:
  • Strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to conceptualize and communicate solutions to clients' business issues.
  • Indepth knowledge of the FMCG & Consumer sectors, obtained through industry experience or consultancy.
  • Proven track record of achieving and surpassing financial targets, with strong financial acumen.
  • Extensive project management experience, with the ability to manage projects to deadlines while maintaining quality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
