Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Services Representative to join our team at InterMed. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule and reschedule patient appointments, as needed.
  • Assist patients with prescription refill requests and referral requests.
  • Provide general practice information to patients and respond to their concerns.
  • Act as a champion of the patient experience by striving for first call resolution with every patient interaction.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless patient care and support.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency with Windows-based computer applications.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work as a team member.
  • Ability to consistently meet and adhere to performance and quality metrics.
