Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers by delivering product and service information while resolving any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate customer records by updating account details as necessary.
- Address product or service concerns by clarifying customer complaints, identifying the root cause, selecting the most effective solution, and ensuring follow-up for resolution.
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries.
- Process payments and manage payment information securely.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma is required.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
