We offer a competitive hourly rate ranging from $19.00-$22.00, depending on education and experience. Part-time afternoon hours, Monday to Friday, 3-6 p.m., provide a great work-life balance. Immediate availability exists for Registered Behavior Technicians, and we cover paid training and application fees for obtaining RBT certification.

In addition to our comprehensive benefits package for employees working 30+ hours per week, we offer supervision for those seeking BCBA or BCaBA certification, referral bonuses, company incentives, and company-provided iPads. Paid drive time between sessions is also included.
