Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Clinical Behavior Analyst to join our team at Reaching Milestones. This is a full-time position that requires a BCBA Certification and state licensure if required by state law. The ideal candidate will have experience in applied behavior analysis, supervising teams, and designing skill acquisition programs.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement skill acquisition programs that teach learning, language, social, and adaptive behaviors.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Develop individualized behavior plans to intervene and reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Conduct parent trainings to ensure generalization of treatment results.
  • Participate in company meetings, trainings, case reviews, and continuing education events.
Requirements
  • BCBA Certification; state licensure if required by state law.
  • 1+ year of experience in applied behavior analysis.
  • Experience in supervising teams and designing skill acquisition programs.
