Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team at Synergis. The SDR will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities through outbound activities, prospecting, and engaging with potential clients.

This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic and goal-oriented environment and wants to develop a career in sales.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to prospect and generate leads, conduct outbound outreach, qualify leads, set appointments, manage pipelines, collaborate with the sales and marketing teams, and continuously learn and stay up to date on industry trends.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and improve lead quality.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating accurate records of all interactions, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (internships or part-time experience is a plus)
