Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician III to join our team at ABM Industries. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and custodial duties.
  • Perform on-call duties, responding to emergencies and performing tasks as needed.
  • Complete assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs, including mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work.
  • Ensure all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Assist in emergencies and respond to spills and other situations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalency, plus three years of experience in building maintenance.
  • Special Low Pressure Boiler License required.
  • Ability to get a 2nd Class C Boiler License.
  • HVAC experience required.
  • Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, and building safety regulations.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on an occasional to frequent basis.
