Maintenance Technician

About the Role:
The Presbyterian Homes and Services team is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Highland Path. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the buildings, grounds, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and secure environment by performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections.
- Execute assigned responsibilities for buildings and grounds as defined by site leadership.
- Perform floor care, resident moves, remodeling, painting, building maintenance, customer requests, landscape care, snow removal, and other projects as assigned.
- Relate well to and provide a professional image and services to all customers.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to perform Level I core competencies specific to the job as defined by site requirements.
- Able to work independently, multitask, follow directions, and work under supervision.
- Relate well to and provide a professional image and services to all customers.
- Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
