POSITION SUMMARY

At Kids Camp by Burn Bootcamp, we are dedicated to fostering health and wellness through our diverse range of fitness and recreational offerings. We are in search of a proactive and experienced Trainer/Operations Manager who is passionate about engaging with children and can help propel our mission forward.

We require a highly organized and energetic Trainer/Operations Manager who will oversee membership management, scheduling, staff recruitment, and lead training sessions for our programs. The successful candidate will ensure operational excellence, meet key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction. A positive and enthusiastic demeanor is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Membership Oversight: Manage the membership lifecycle, including sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations. Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address member inquiries and concerns.
  • Scheduling Coordination: Create and manage schedules for camps, classes, and staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and, if necessary, dismiss staff members while fostering a supportive work environment.
  • Training Facilitation: Conduct engaging and educational training sessions for camp programs, ensuring alignment with company standards.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as attendance, membership growth, and customer satisfaction, using data to inform operational improvements.
  • Program Innovation: Collaborate with the team to develop and enhance fitness programs for children, integrating feedback and new ideas to keep offerings exciting.
  • Member Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with members and participants to ensure a positive experience and encourage ongoing participation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar capacity, ideally within the fitness or recreational sector.
  • Experience working with children is essential.
  • Strong leadership and management capabilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Background in training and development.
  • Proficient in membership management software and relevant tools.
  • Aptitude for data analysis and report generation.
  • Enthusiastic and motivating personality, particularly with children.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred or willingness to obtain.
