POSITION DESCRIPTION


The Fitness Programmer will work under the leadership of the VP of Product to conceptualize, create, and innovate the Burn Boot Camp training platform. It will be a primary goal to maintain brand consistency while creating top-notch programming as they create and innovate workouts and deploy as needed across the system. The continued development, programming, implementation, and promotion of a dynamic and results-based training initiative to drive a strong competitive advantage.

  • Fitness Challenges
  • Miscellaneous Fitness Programming
  • Trainer Forum Moderation

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Fitness Programming- create all fitness programming and protocol for the system
  • Fitness Challenges- work with VP of Product to create fitness challenges for the system
  • Miscellaneous Fitness Programming- Athlete Games, Member and FP Summit, Regional Training, any future fitness programs
  • Trainer Forum Moderation- monitor trainer forum, create/post content relative to fitness product updates
  • Level 10 meeting attendance and participation 
  • Rock/Project execution/completion 

QUALIFICATIONS


  • Personal Training Certification- required
  • Extremely detail-oriented, organized, methodical, quality conscious and with a reputation for superb follow through
  • Experienced public speaker/educator
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Ability to work within project timelines, establish priorities, and meet milestones and deliverables
  • Practice and always promote teamwork.
  • Set a good personal example of attitude and performance
