The Senior Director of Performance Marketing will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive performance marketing strategy aligned with Bright Horizons' business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including SEM, SEO, display, social media, and direct mail.
  • Oversee the performance marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness, drive optimization, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, UX, and Brand, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement and brand messaging.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on digital channels, and growth marketing in e-commerce (preferably B2C).
  • 7+ years as a people manager.
  • Proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
