StrataTech Education Group is a leading provider of skilled-trade education, dedicated to student success and organizational excellence. We are seeking an experienced Compliance Support Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

The Compliance Support Specialist will play a key role in supporting the compliance culture plan by ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and facilitating efficient documentation management. This individual will assist in monitoring compliance with internal, state, accreditation, and other regulatory policies, and ensure that documentation and processes align with compliance requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Policy Adherence and Documentation: Assist in monitoring compliance with internal, state, accreditation, and other regulatory policies; Ensure that documentation and processes align with compliance requirements.
  • Faculty Onboarding Support: Send onboarding emails to new faculty members using pre-approved templates; Collect and track necessary paperwork, updating the tracking sheet to ensure all documentation is complete.
  • Application and Renewal Assistance: Support the preparation and submission of initial/renewal state applications, new program proposals, and employee paperwork; Scan and save all related documents to appropriate electronic files, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Shipping and Document Handling: Create shipping labels and manage outgoing shipments as required, ensuring timely delivery; Receive incoming documents for the Compliance Department, scan them, and distribute them to the appropriate individuals or folders.
  • Organizational Support: Assist with organizing electronic and physical files, ensuring all documents are easily accessible and properly categorized; Contribute to maintaining an orderly document management system that supports compliance audits and reviews.
  • Communications and Newsletter: Update the quarterly Compliance Corner newsletter with content provided by the Compliance team, ensuring that important updates are communicated effectively.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various clerical tasks as needed, including data entry, filing, and correspondence management; Handle other duties as assigned by the Compliance team to support ongoing initiatives and projects.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in higher education compliance or a relevant field. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
