Key Responsibilities:- Lead client service teams to identify and meet client needs, retaining and growing a profitable book of business.
- Develop and execute proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives to satisfy client needs.
- Actively look for new business opportunities and drive the renewal process, assembling the appropriate team to develop and implement client-specific renewal strategies.
- Ensure overall account profitability with a value-based approach for the service, resolving Aon compensation for services accordingly.
- Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations for client service teams, ensuring team members meet their responsibilities and seeking changes in team composition as appropriate.
- Minimum 15 years of risk insurance experience, coupled with project and account management experience on mid to large accounts.
- Strong sales skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Active Property & Casualty license and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
