Customer Service Representative II

At Dal-Tile, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Representative II, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Process sales orders and resolve customer product or service issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and SSCs to address customer inquiries and order issues from order entry to delivery.
  • Respond to customer needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.
Requirements:
  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalency is required.
  • 2 or more years of call center or customer service experience.
  • Focus on customer account management is preferred.
