At Dal-Tile, we're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative II to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Process sales orders and resolve customer product or service issues
  • Manage customer accounts, including order entry, order inquiry, and product information
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and order issues

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalency
  • 2+ years of call center or customer service experience
  • Focus on customer account management preferred
