Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the new document turnover program within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), collaborating with site Facility Operations teams and internal teams to ensure process consistency.
  • Create training and reference materials for FacOps processes related to document control/management and library management as it relates to ACC.
  • Support batch data migration from legacy systems to ACC, working with internal teams (data science, construction).
  • Lead the monthly change management process for FacOps.
  • Coordinate with the construction and designs team to ensure specifications impacting FacOps are robust and up-to-date.
  • Provide project management support for projects relating to new data center design, startup, and operations.
Requirements:
  • Experience in construction and/or operations of mission-critical facilities is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience required. Datacenter experience and/or experience in operations in Mission Critical facilities is preferred.
  • Formal project management training and experience is a plus.
  • Process-oriented with high attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, global, cross-functional team.
  • Ability to effectively communicate risk versus benefit.
  • Must have a solid understanding of operational challenges and solving problems in various areas of business.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt, learn new skill sets, and create a solid understanding of operational challenges.
  • Strong analytical, creative thinking, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly skilled in the use of Google Suite; familiarity with business process flow software is a plus.
  • Experience in project management software, construction management tools, and data visualization software is a plus.
