Marketing Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our Sales and Solutions team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for assisting others and contributing to the team's success.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the Sales and Solutions team
- Collaborating with team members to fulfill advertising clients' RFP requests
- Developing client-specific advertising solutions and associated sales collateral
- Managing customer account orders and billing information
- Project managing creative process and campaign execution for TV and digital solutions
- Providing database maintenance and running reports related to critical sales outcomes
- Serving as a trusted advisor by conducting business and industry analyses
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High emotional intelligence and empathy
- Ability to work with teammates to meet strict deadlines
- Technologically savvy with ability to use multiple software platforms
- Understanding of digital reporting and analytic metrics
- Marketing or advertising experience a plus
