Key Responsibilities
  • Directly supervise and manage Clinical Directors within assigned markets, providing guidance and support to ensure successful clinical outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical operations, patient satisfaction, and business performance.
  • Collaborate with Regional Presidents and other stakeholders to drive market growth and expansion.
  • Oversee talent development and coaching of Medical Directors and other clinical staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with payers, specialists, and other external partners to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to drive business success.
Requirements
  • MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty required.
  • A minimum of 2 years' clinical experience required; 3 years preferred.
  • Strongly prefer 1 year's previous experience as Medical Director or equivalent with a Medicare or Medicaid patient population.
  • Board eligibility required; Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar preferred.
  • Current, active license to practice medicine in the State of employment.
