Associate Market Clinical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Market Clinical Director to join our team at ChenMed. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our medical centers, ensuring high-quality patient care, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Directly supervise and manage Clinical Directors within assigned markets, providing guidance and support to ensure successful clinical outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical operations, patient satisfaction, and business performance.
- Collaborate with Regional Presidents and other stakeholders to drive market growth and expansion.
- Oversee talent development and coaching of Medical Directors, PCPs, and NPs to deliver outstanding clinical outcomes.
- Cultivate a center-level physician culture that aligns with ChenMed's core model, core values, and service standards.
- Participate in recruiting and interviewing PCP and specialist candidates.
- Establish and maintain relationships with payers, specialists, and the community to drive business growth.
- Monitor and support overall market culture, responding to workplace concerns with urgency.
- MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty required.
- A minimum of 2 years' clinical experience required; 3 years preferred.
- Strongly prefer 1 year's previous experience as Medical Director or equivalent with a Medicare or Medicaid patient population.
- Board eligibility required; Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar preferred.
- Current, active license to practice medicine in the State of employment.
- High-performing physician with a proven track record of clinical leadership experience.
