- Associates or Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture.
- 4-6 years of construction experience in an operational role.
- Detailed knowledge of construction equipment, techniques, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this position is $87,500 to $113,000 annually, depending on background and experience.
