About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team in Bellevue, Washington. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing contract progress, reporting, and change management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform quantity takeoffs and surveys to ensure accurate contract management.
  • Maintain complex subcontracted scopes and administer subcontract administration.
  • Review and understand broader contract obligations and assist site managers with project start-up activities.
  • Participate in reviews of subcontractors' submittals for compliance with scope and design documentation.
  • Assist with site inspections and witness systems commissioning.
Requirements
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture.
  • 4-6 years of construction experience in an operational role.
  • Detailed knowledge of construction equipment, techniques, drawings, and specifications.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this position is $87,500 to $113,000 annually, depending on background and experience.
