About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team at Amplify Consulting Partners. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple IT infrastructure projects, including assessment, system upgrade, and implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple IT infrastructure projects, including assessment, system upgrade, and implementation projects.
  • Develop and manage project plans in a hybrid agile/predictive environment.
  • Coordinate with technical, business, and management resources to ensure project success.
  • Translate complex technical requirements into clear and concise documentation.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate project tasks, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, test plans, test cases, and project requirement documentation.
  • Provide technical writing skills to develop project documentation, including requirements, assessment documents, training materials, policy and procedure documents, RFP's, test scripts, communication plans, etc.
Requirements
  • A minimum of five years of experience with IT project management, primarily managing IT Infrastructure, COTS and SaaS system implementation, upgrade, and enhancements projects utilizing vendor and in-house project resources.
  • Experience and skilled at writing technical documentation.
  • Data Analytics project experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to translate complex requirements and technical language between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in planning and managing projects in a hybrid predictive/agile environment with a mix of remote and on-site team members.
  • Vendor management experience.
  • Strong technical writing skills.
  • Experience with MS suite of Office and MS365 solutions, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Planner, Project, Visio, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Familiarity with GIS, Cybersecurity, and Database concepts.
Desired Qualifications
  • PMI PMP and/or ACP Certification.
  • Desired experience with Esri GIS systems, cybersecurity, Azure implementations, Power BI, Azure Data solutions.
  • 4-year college degree.
  • Prosci ADKAR Change Practitioner or other Organizational Change Management certification.
  • AI project experience.
  • Prior experience in a business analysis role and performing systems assessments.
  • Strong SharePoint experience.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $110,000, with potential for salary increases and promotions. Our benefits package includes:
