Job Description

Omni Inclusive is seeking a highly skilled Network Data Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in networking technologies, including routing, switching, and wireless networking. They will be responsible for providing 24x7 support for our network operations and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tier 2+ operational support to resolve critical business issues.
  • Independently own the Network Infrastructure support, solving complex issues and suggesting design modifications as appropriate.
  • Resource must have good and vast knowledge and hand-on experience on Cisco Wireless.
  • Resource must have experience on LAN switching, including troubleshooting various LAN related issues.
  • Must have been working on multiple routing technologies and should be able to resolve issues related to BGP, EIGRP, and OSPF.
  • Knowledge of maintaining DHCP servers.
  • Must know how to configure Cisco Switches, Routers, and Wireless LAN Controllers.
  • Perform monitoring and maintenance of overall environment working with experienced team members.
  • Perform change controls. Update process documentation and team portals.
  • Participate in troubleshooting, capacity planning, and analysis, performance analysis & Root Cause Analysis.
  • Communicate with peers and managers regarding system issues & participate in 24x7 oncall.
  • Automate operational tasks to make processes simpler and more robust.
  • Ability to handle multiple complex tasks in a dynamic environment, with tight deadlines concurrently.
  • Manage network service providers and matrixed resources.
  • Refresh heat-maps, create Visio and operations plans for campus networks, and all WAN, LAN, and WLAN connectivity.
  • Monitor and analyze statistical data to develop improvement plans for network and application performance.
