CLINICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Under the direct guidance of a healthcare provider, the Clinical Support Specialist is responsible for a range of clinical tasks aimed at assisting in patient evaluations and treatments. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of clinical services and enhancing patient care.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist healthcare professionals during patient examinations and procedures.
- Perform various clinical duties to support the operational needs of the healthcare facility.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to promote efficient service delivery.
- Uphold the standards of customer service as outlined by the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate will possess a foundational understanding equivalent to an Associate's degree, with specialized training in a relevant field. Completion of an accredited medical assistant program or similar training is required. Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory. Certification in CPR from a recognized body is essential.
