Job Summary:The Clinical Outcomes Specialist will provide support to our ICU Stepdown, PCU, OROC, IR, and Virtual Hospital Care departments. This role will work closely with nurses and patients to improve quality care outcomes and facilitate evidence-based practice implementation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Collaborate with nursing staff to promote evidence-based practice and improve patient safety
- Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for sustainable change
- Provide education and training to nursing staff on best practices and quality improvement initiatives
- Work with interdisciplinary teams to promote seamless, quality patient care across the continuum
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree required; MSN with Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) certification preferred
- 5-7 years of relevant RN experience required; telemetry experience highly preferred
- American Heart Association BLS certification
- Registered Nurse (RN) License required
