Clinical Outcomes Specialist - Critical Care

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Outcomes Specialist to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This is a full-time position working day shift, 8:00am-4:30pm, at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, MD.

Job Summary:

The Clinical Outcomes Specialist will provide support to the Critical Care departments, including ICU, CICU, OHSD, and Cardiac services. This role will work closely with nurses and patients to improve quality care outcomes within the healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate evidence-based practice implementation to positively influence nursing care delivery.
  • Lead sustainable change to elevate nursing professional practice and ensure seamless, quality patient care across the continuum.
  • Apply influence across the three spheres of patient/family, staff, and system to transform healthcare delivery.

Requirements:

  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree required; MSN with Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) certification preferred, or eligibility to sit for CNS exam.
  • 5-7 years of relevant RN experience required; critical care experience highly preferred.
  • American Heart Association BLS.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
