Requirements
  • Valid Maryland 3rd Class Steam Engineer License
  • CFC Universal License
  • Knowledge of fire regulations and regulatory agencies
  • Prior experience as a watch stander at a central plant of similar size and complexity
  • Proficiency in HVAC systems and building automation
  • Ability to perform preventive maintenance on all operational and mechanical equipment
  • Knowledge of operating related electrical equipment and machinery
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and specifications
