At ST2 ManTech Advanced Systems Intl, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our LRASM C3 development team, you'll play a critical role in designing and developing cutting-edge systems that support our national security.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead system engineering processes on LRASM C3 development efforts, ensuring timely and effective delivery of high-quality systems.
  • Capture and develop requirements, creating a requirements traceability matrix and test metrics to support model development and testing efforts.
  • Provide support for planning and conducting system engineering technical reviews (SETRs), test and evaluation, including flight test planning, scheduling, flight clearances, and system/subsystem certification.
  • Administer and lead technical interchange meetings, working groups, and design reviews, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Monitor contractor and vendor performance, assessing timeliness of deliverables and conformance to requirements.
  • Resolve issues, tasks, and action items, managing and archiving program-related engineering information and documentation.
  • Provide system engineering expertise on system architecture, interface, and integration management, ensuring seamless integration of systems.
  • Conduct independent technical review of program documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Oversight and coordination of configuration requirements, ensuring compliance with program objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related scientific discipline.
  • Minimum of six years of systems engineering experience with military aircraft and/or weapons systems.
  • Ability to travel, with minimal travel required.

  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and public presentation skills, with ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
Clearance Requirements:
  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position 80% of the time.
  • Ability to exchange accurate information with coworkers, management, and customers, with frequent communication required.
  • Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, with constant use required.
