APMI is seeking a skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, and minor electrical and plumbing repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property inspections and identify areas for repair and maintenance.
- Perform maintenance activities, such as fence and gate repair, gutter cleaning, and snow removal.
- Review property conditions and make recommendations for improvement.
- Problem solve and implement solutions to repair building and common area issues.
- Complete daily paperwork and communicate with the office regarding job status.
- Take photos of before and after work to document maintenance activities.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Construction and/or property maintenance experience.
- Self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to operate iPhone/iPad with minimal training.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook email.
