Position Title: Customer Experience Specialist

Company: nTech Connect, Inc.

Location: Remote

Employment Type: W2 Contract, 12 Months (Potential for Extension or Conversion)

Overview:

The Customer Experience Specialist will play a vital role in the newly established Customer Experience division within nTech Connect, Inc. Currently, the team consists of two specialists, with plans to expand to six. This team is dedicated to serving small business clients, providing them with tailored support and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business processes aimed at enhancing customer engagement.
  • Engage with small business executives and owners through various communication channels to inform them about beneficial programs.
  • Collaborate with business organizations and philanthropic groups to promote programs that assist low to moderate income-level customers.
  • Conduct data analysis on historical program performance to measure success and impact.
  • Create and deliver presentations to internal leadership alongside the Customer Experience Manager, showcasing the effectiveness of implemented initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on Customer Experience (CX).
  • Proficient in data compilation, analysis, and storytelling through data.
  • Exceptional presentation skills, particularly to senior leadership and executives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in engaging with high-level commercial clients.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to navigate challenges independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within the utilities sector.
  • Background in marketing, customer outreach, account management, or sales operations.
  • Familiarity with Power BI.
