Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced marketing and communications professional to lead our efforts in developing and executing a marketing strategy for our Independent Channel Annuity Sales. This individual will be responsible for determining the projects and activities that enable awareness, engagement, and lead generation, and will execute the organization's sales strategy to impact revenue objectives for the Independent sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the creation of a marketing strategy to support continued growth in Individual Markets Independent sales channels.
- Partner with Individual Markets Sales leadership to collaborate on creative and innovative ideas for advertising, marketing campaigns, awareness-building, and sales enablement that are aligned with the values, messaging, and story of Global Atlantic.
- Develop strategic relationships across the organization, including Sales Leadership, Sales Desk, Sales Operations, Product, and Compliance.
- Manage projects from idea development, execution, approval, deployment, and analysis.
- Utilize data and analytics to drive insights, optimize marketing strategies, and measure success.
- Lead the development and implementation of Go-to-Market strategies and resources for new product and firm launches.
- Partner across marketing teams to create digital and print collateral and Financial Professional communications to execute product/channel initiatives.
- Work closely with Product, Legal, and Compliance areas to ensure marketing and advertising content meet proper guidelines and are submitted for approval and use.
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is required.
- 5+ years of related experience, with experience in sales and marketing of annuity products required.
Other Qualifications
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with sales partners.
- Ability to understand and simplify complex products, sales concepts, and strategies.
- Experience in developing marketing campaigns, launching new products, managing portfolios of existing materials, websites, and other resources.
- Crafting and articulating a marketing strategy that aligns to sales goals and key marketing metrics.
- Demonstrated skills in creating high-impact messages, visuals, and demonstrating outcomes and insights through metrics and the voice of the customer.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills, professionalism, and judgment.
- Ability and desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to mentor other team members toward achieving a shared goal.
- Strong collaborator, self-starter with a strong work ethic.
Additional Information
This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
