Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and evaluate training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge among our provider network.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and deliver interactive training programs, instructional tools, and delivery strategies.
  • Coach and motivate behavioral health provider teams on clinical improvement projects, including goal development, timelines, and progress tracking.

Requirements:
