McColm & Company is a mission-driven consulting firm that equips change makers with knowledge, skills, and insights. We are seeking subject matter expert training instructors, technical instructional designers, training program managers, and administrative support specialists with expertise in various fields.

We are looking for personnel with expertise in security, peacebuilding, and diplomacy, economic growth and trade, and conservation, climate, and energy. A mix of CONUS and OCONUS work is anticipated in program management, instructional and curriculum design, course coordination, mentoring, and training support.

Required personnel shall have expertise in technical capability, regional and/or country-specific expertise, thematic expertise, and functional expertise in critical management areas. Local language capability is desirable.
