Job Title: Automotive Sales Financial Specialist

Lexus of Cool Springs/Lexus of Nashville seeks an experienced Automotive Sales Financial Specialist to handle all facets of vehicle deal billing. The ideal candidate must have the ability to read and interpret sales contracts, tag and title documents, warranties, and other deal-related documents.

This role involves receiving and processing deal paperwork, verifying compliance, and posting vehicle sales and purchases. Additionally, the specialist will prepare checks for payoffs, referrals, refunds, purchases, and calculate sales payroll.

The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A solid background in accounting and knowledge of schedule clean-up are also required. Reynolds and Reynolds experience and 2 years of automotive billing experience are preferred.

We offer competitive compensation based on experience, with an estimated annual salary of $45,000 - $60,000, depending on qualifications. Benefits include paid vacation days, vehicle reimbursement, IRA match, and Christmas club programs.
