Automotive Inventory Manager

A motivated and results-driven Automotive Inventory Manager is needed to lead our Parts Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing inventory levels, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Forecast and achieve sales goals through effective inventory management, pricing strategies, and exceptional customer service.
- Supervise and train a team of parts professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on sales, expenses, and inventory levels.
- Develop and implement sales promotions, telemarketing programs, and other initiatives to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the dealership to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experiences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in an automotive parts department.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Benefits:
