Job SummaryWe are seeking a qualified Teacher to join our team at KinderCare Education. As a Teacher, you will play a critical role in creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and grow. You will be responsible for implementing our research-backed curriculum, partnering with parents, and supporting the success of your center.
Key Responsibilities- Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
- Create a safe and engaging learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Partner with parents to provide regular updates and communicate effectively
- Support the success of your center by contributing to enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals
- Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts
- Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
- Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
- CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- $17.00-$22.00 per hour
